Terms and Conditions for Red Rhombus IT Solutions:

Acceptance of Terms: By engaging with Red Rhombus IT Solutions for software development, systems integration, or industrial automation services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Service Scope: Red Rhombus provides IT solutions including software development, systems integration, and industrial automation services. The scope of services will be defined in the project agreement between Red Rhombus and the client.

Payment: Clients are required to make payments as outlined in the project agreement. Payment terms, including milestones and invoicing schedules, will be mutually agreed upon prior to the commencement of services.

Confidentiality: Red Rhombus agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed during the course of providing services shall belong to the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Red Rhombus retains the right to reuse non-proprietary components developed for the project.

Warranty: Red Rhombus warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. Any defects discovered within the warranty period will be promptly corrected at no additional cost to the client.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Red Rhombus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to cure such breach within a reasonable time. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
